Great Results at the INTA Nationals

Most of the IFSC Force team was in Gormanston on Saturday to take part in the INTA's annual National Championship. Our club showed up great and earned several well-deserved Gold medals!

Among the adults, John showed a great performance in heavy-weight sparring and power, earning himself Gold medals for both. Our inseparable duo Cathy and Shirley also made us proud, with Gold for Cathy in Sparring, Silver for Shirley in sparring and Bronze for Shirley in patterns!

Deirdre earned Gold in both sparring and blue belt patterns, with a dominant performance and unanimous decision in both her fights. She also demonstrated excellence through several rounds of patterns!

As for our junior, Mikolaj brought home a nice Bronze medal in a large 9-10 Yellow belt patterns category, with an excellent sharp performance through several rounds!

Tony also made us proud with a Silver medal in a very large Yellow tag -8 patterns category!

Tony demonstrated in several rounds excellent technique & power against some very sharp opposition.
