Gold all around at the INTA Open International!

After the ITA Munster Open, our team had barely any time to rest before we came back for more at the INTA Open International:

- Gold for Cathy in sparring, who won both her fights in a great style! Also a nice performance by Shirley who got a Silver medal in her category.

- Gold for Soukeina in sparring, with beautiful kicks & nice movement sealing the deal.

- Gold in patterns for Deirdre! Sharp performance in a huge category.

- Last but not least, Gold for John in Heavy weight sparring. That was a big category and John faced in all three fights tough, strong and determined opponents. John’s experience prevailed and he got unanimous decision in all his fights.
