CLASSES AND COURSES
Get on Board
MIXED LEVEL SESSIONS
We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to Black belt several times a week. Sessions consist of basic drills, technical drills, stretching and pattern rehearsal. All are welcome.!
COMPETITION CLASSES
Our club takes part in several ITF competitions throughout the year, and we prepare for them with dedicated classes. Competition classes include advanced drills & techniques and focus on improving fitness.
CHILDREN'S CLASSES
We run a dedicated weekly class for children, focused on improving motor skills and keeping your child physically fit. Classes introduce Taekwondo concepts of discipline as well as basic techniques through a variety of games and fun activities.

ABOUT OUR CLUB
IFSC Force Taekwondo has been going strong since 2013!
We provide great training in the best atmosphere you could ask for. All classes are suitably balanced and provide diversity to keep everyone fit and entertained. You will typically find no less than three Black belt students per session, and our own John Moffitt is part of the ITF Team Ireland representing us at the World Championship!
Our club participates in all major Irish competitions as well as various training camps in other European countries. Every year we train in Czech Republic and Greece.
IFSC Force is also a member of the Irish National Taekwondo Association (INTA).
